I have spent my career helping support teams handle complex work more effectively.

My background combines customer support leadership, technical support, billing and retention operations, contact-center technology, Amazon Connect, knowledge management, quality, coaching, training, and technical communication.

The through line

Support operations first. Technology in service of the work.

I did not begin my career as a cloud architect looking for a business problem. I came to architecture through the day-to-day realities of customer support: long queues, difficult escalations, disconnected tools, inconsistent knowledge, unclear ownership, coaching needs, billing issues, and the pressure to provide a reliable customer experience at scale.

That operating experience shaped how I think about technology. A platform is valuable only when it helps customers get answers, helps employees make better decisions, gives leaders useful visibility, and can be maintained by the organization after launch.

Over time, my responsibilities expanded from frontline technical support and customer education into team leadership, support operations, billing, collections, retention, quality, training, knowledge, workforce practices, and contact-center architecture. That progression is why I approach support improvement as a connected system rather than a software implementation.

Learning how customers experience complexity

Early roles included technical support, SaaS support, product education, troubleshooting, client training, and escalation handling. This work established a practical understanding of what agents need in order to resolve issues accurately and what customers experience when systems or processes break down.

At Rise Broadband and WeLink, I led technical support and broader customer operations teams. Responsibilities expanded across billing, collections, retention, escalations, staffing, service levels, quality, coaching, training, knowledge, and performance improvement.

Modernizing the systems behind the customer experience

As my scope grew, I became responsible for the technology connecting customers, agents, managers, and business systems. This included Amazon Connect, NICE CXone, CRM integrations, contact flows, analytics, automation, telephony strategy, platform administration, and migration planning.
